My first experience with Glendora Toyota was deeply frustrating, and it will certainly be my last. I dropped my car off at 8:30 AM for a simple oil change. I also requested a brake inspection, informing of a potential issue with the front or rear brakes. Furthermore, I made it clear that I believed there was a brake pad discount available and asked for it to be applied if a brake job was necessary.
Despite these clear instructions, my car wasn't ready until approximately 4 PM—a staggering 7 to 8 hours for an oil change and a brake job. What's more, the requested discount was never applied. The combination of the excessive repair time and the failure to honor a potential discount makes this a dealership I will not be returning to.
