my service representative was very polite and delivered excellent service. I was a bit punchy at the beginning because of length of wait time, but he handled it very well and I apologize for being a bit rude when mentioning the appointment time and the turnaround estimate. He handled my sharp tone very well and I do apologize to him about being sharp. I understand how it goes and it is not his fault. You all
do very well there and that’s why I take both my vehicles to your service center. Thank you for
the customer service. Also, for loyal customers, it would be appreciated if you give some sort of discount on the spot for extra items that need to be addressed. Repeat customers should be given a loyalty rate/ discount or something similar. I understand you want to make money, but we want to save a little too for our repeat visits for service. I was completely satisfied with my service experience until I noticed that the windshield of my car was broken as I was leaving. I am waiting for the video to be reviewed and to be contacted by the manager. Other than that, the service agent was helpful and communicative and the service was completed quickly.
