Your team saw that I had a an after market drain plug and still decided to change my oil before letting me know and now my car is leaking oil when I took it wasn’t when I took it in. I should have been notified before you continue with my service now I paid for an oil change for no reason because now I have to get a new oil pan and plug and purchase new oil. This is a huge inconvenience for me because that is my daily driver and now it has an oil leak. This is very disappointing I take my Toyota vehicles to Toyota you get the best possible work!!!
