Easy drop off and pickup of my vehicle for service. It would have been nice to know who my Toyota advisor was at drop off. I dropped the car off and someone checked me in and that was it. Also would be nice to keep me updated on the status of the work instead of my calling the service department after several hours.

Did not anticipate to wait over 3 hours just for regular maintenance. I was initially told that the service would take two to two and a half hours, but that was definitely not the case. I had to check in on the status of my car after waiting over 2 and half hours and it is only likely then that my vehicle was worked on.
