My only comment is that I’ve come to you guys because you’ve always been more reasonable than Longo. This maintenance bill has increased substantially, almost equal to Longo. However I have for the most part received good service from Toyota

I was pleased with the result of the service although I had a very long wait from 10:30 to 2:00 in spite of having made an appointment. All the members I dealt with were very friendly, helpful and polite, but for some reason they entered the wrong mileage on the report, the one from my last visit in 2021, not the present mileage. That struck me as a bit strange.
