Actually, having to wait over 4 hours for my car to be serviced was not good..I arrived at 11:13 ⁷a.m. at about 3p.m. I finally asked a customer representative, since Genaro wasnt around, about the delay, he told me that within the next 10 minutes car would be brought out,
. Finally car was brought out at 3:45..first time I have had to wait over 2 1/2
hours..I didn't find this good customer service, not sure if I will be returning to Toyota Glendora..

It took almost 3 and a half hours for a 5,000 mile service to be done. When I checked in, he told me maybe 2 hours. So after 2 and a half, I asked him if he could check on the status, and my car was not finished yet, said it would be another 20 minutes. It ended up being almost another 45.

I was not given a courtesy call that my car was ready to be picked up.
After 6.5 hrs and with the service department closing, I called to get a status on the car only to be told that the car is ready to be picked up and I had a few minutes to walk in to the cashier desk to pick up the car.
