I had an appointment only for oil change, it took more than two hours to wait and it says to check emails for recommendation before they proceed but paper with recommendation were given at check out. No one came to talk about the recommendations but I didn’t read it anyway because what’s the use if I’m already checking out. If recommendations are necessary someone should come talk to the customer so it should be done together with the oil change rather than come back another time

First I did not see him. Dropped car off day before. Recall repair done. Asked to check tire lite, reset maintenance reminder. No text when done (had to call. Tires not checked, maintenance light not reset. Apparently you don’t need my business
