Gerry did a great job. I came to get my truck serviced and checked out for an airbag system malfuction. He was able to get my vehicle back to me on the same day and had explained to to me that I could get a ride to the nearest car rental location if the vehicle would need more work. I appreciate him for keeping me well informed on what I could expect. I highly recommend going to him, as well as all the other service advisors. I have nothing negative to say about this location. This is why I choose to make the 50 mile drive to Toyota of Glendora all the way from the high desert and will keep getting my vehicles serviced here. Their service department has always been far better than other locations.

Had to call to find out if car was ready…after 7 hours. No one can tell me what service was performed. Paperwork lists inspection but no details is what was found. Also includes repair that was not performed so I don’t know what was done and what was not done.
