Waited 5-10 before being acknowledged in the service drive until a service porter asked if we had been helped. Waited another 5 minutes for the advisor. Asked to have right wiper checked for not making good contact. Was not noted on repair order. Ask to have the seat height adjustment checked for not staying where set, goes back down on its own. Said to drive it around the block and it would come down. Told unable to duplicate concern yet they did not test drive the vehicle. New windshield service reminder sticker was not put on. We were there waiting there over 4 hours and had to keep asking service advisor for any updates on our vehicle other than he told us he was going to lunch. Our sales experience at your dealership was great, service not so good

Pretty disappointed that my vehicle was given to me incomplete... something was not tightened correctly which left me with a wobbly tire. It was very scary to think what could have happened. I was never contacted about what the issue was that caused the mishap and how it was being corrected, rather I just received a text message that my vehicle was "ready for pick up " I had to go out of my way to contact Toyota to find out about my car. It was also very inconvenient that I was left without a car and not even offered a rental because I had to drive my car back to the dealer close to when they were closing. My family and I do not think we will bring our vehicle to service to this location again.
