First off customer service and their service team and manager are no help at all. I take my vehicle in mind you this is a 2025 brand new car off the lot and I got it there. I addressed a problem with the pictures and videos regarding the issue and they were telling me that it is normal. How is a problem with the car? That’s so-called brand new normal I will not be taking my car here for service at all I’d rather drive to West Covina or Montclair.

Thankful for those who stepped up and helped the situation because I understand things happen however the way Miguel handled himself was embarrassing. I was truly disgusted at his behavior before during and after the repairs especially being a loyal return customer that just dropped $1000 on maintenance and comes in for an issue beyond my control and he began to belittle me and not take any responsibility or care when his team did in fact make a mistake makes me question my loyalty to the entire dealership.
