You Wanted to charge me over 7k to maybe fix a noise that first started as soon as I picked the truck up from a basic service. Not interested investing that much money into an older vehicle I then looked into replacing it. You then lowballed me on trade in for said vehicle when no mechanic could even identify the problem, only speculation.
I did not feel pressured and Chris and Rodrigo were helpful and respectful. I made a choice to purchase a newer truck but was disappointed as a loyal Toyota and Glendora customer would have more consideration and given closer to Kelly Blue Book which was 2-3k more then you offered. Especially since you couldn’t even identify the problem. It could have been something very minor and the problem began right after you serviced the vehicle.
