I brought my car in for a recall, and when I picked it up, I noticed four stains on the passenger seat. I was really upset because I had just done a full detail wash about a month ago, and the interior was spotless.
It was very frustrating to see that kind of carelessness, especially when I trusted the dealership to take good care of my vehicle. I hope this is addressed so it doesn’t happen to other customers in the future.
