I found the cover to the air conditioning filter laying on the front seat floor. When I went to put it back in the glove compartment, I also found the cover that seals the filter in, not in place. I had to put those items back in place myself. I also looked around the truck and under the hood to see if anything else was not in place.
The service manager who first greeted me was very helpful.

Olvin was gone for the day when I picked up my car and it sounded horrible. I paid, but left my car there to be looked at. Why would another service agent drive my car up front for me to take home and think I was going to leave with it sounding like that? We only got an oil change and waited 3 hours with an appointment. There was no line when we approached the service area. After I got the link, there was a full tune up list of things wrong with my car. That list included my breaks saying they were at 3mm and urgently needed to be replaced. I had another mechanic look for another opinion and the report from you guys was completely wrong. I will not be using this facility again.
