showing up for my appointment I was told that a tire rotation was going to take about two hours which I was not informed previously also went online looking for the services. The usual time of the service is about 30 minutes. I did inform them I had an appointment but then still received a text that said I missed my appointment afterwards and also it took about an hour and a half to which I had to take an Uber home because I was not expecting the wait time to be that long when picking up my vehicle I had low tire pressure and one of my tires and had to go fill it up and nobody said anything about it. I did call and they informed me that it wasn't urgent and I could just fill up the tire myself.
