Thankful for those who stepped up and helped the situation because I understand things happen however the way Miguel handled himself was embarrassing. I was truly disgusted at his behavior before during and after the repairs especially being a loyal return customer that just dropped $1000 on maintenance and comes in for an issue beyond my control and he began to belittle me and not take any responsibility or care when his team did in fact make a mistake makes me question my loyalty to the entire dealership. Will never return to Miguel
