Gerry did a great job. I came to get my truck serviced and checked out for an airbag system malfuction. He was able to get my vehicle back to me on the same day and had explained to to me that I could get a ride to the nearest car rental location if the vehicle would need more work. I appreciate him for keeping me well informed on what I could expect. I highly recommend going to him, as well as all the other service advisors. I have nothing negative to say about this location. This is why I choose to make the 50 mile drive to Toyota of Glendora all the way from the high desert and will keep getting my vehicles serviced here. Their service department has always been far better than other locations.

First off customer service and their service team and manager are no help at all. I take my vehicle in mind you this is a 2025 brand new car off the lot and I got it there. I addressed a problem with the pictures and videos regarding the issue and they were telling me that it is normal. How is a problem with the car? That’s so-called brand new normal I will not be taking my car here for service at all I’d rather drive to West Covina or Montclair.
