Hi there, Olvin was perfectly nice and professional, and frankly did his job very well, but I ultimately felt taken advantage of when I agreed to a $350 service that I could have completed on my own at home with a vacuum. I do not have much car knowledge and didn’t have much information to go on so I trusted the recommendation, but in hindsight I should have rejected the service as it was very overpriced. Unfortunately I wish there had been more transparency around this and that was very disappointing.

Cover to the air filter was not placed or latched on correctly. Cover to the cabin filter was also not reinstalled correctly. Spring that is located to the left side was not attached and left dangling.
