I went in first thing at 7:00am because I got a nail in my tire from the hwy the previous night. I am the second car there that morning and was told it may take about 3-4 hours for my car to be ready so I would have to leave it. 3..4..5..6..7..8 hours pass and if I don’t call for an update, no one cared to inform me it would be later than planned, provide me an update or anything even though I used the portal to send an update request as instructed. It wasn’t until I called that they were like “oh, yea we don’t have your tire so it will be a few more hours.” When you give an estimate of time you can’t accomplish, inform the driver. We rely on our cars and a 5 hour difference in estimated extra time is unacceptable without notification. Sad because I traded my car here and hate Claremont Toyota’s customer service.. Thought I finally found my home Toyota..

I scheduled a routine service appointment (my very first routine service appointment for my brand new Toyota) at 10am. I arrived 15 minutes early to ensure I got checked in ok. My car was not ready until almost 1pm. I understand some days are busier than others but 3 hours for a routine check up is absolutely insane. There was no apology for the extreme wait, no explanation for even why the wait time was so excessive which leads be to believe this is standard for Toyota Glendora and that’s disappointing. If I take the time to make an appointment and be respectful of your scheduling I at least hope for the same in return.

When my truck was returned to me. Everything was taken out of my glove box and not put back. My rim lock was missing as well. When I approached another staff member to inform him, I don’t remember the name. He said, “we didn’t rotate your tires”. I had to explain to him that when the tech checked my cabin filter he didn’t put anything back and didn’t return my rim lock.
