I dont think my first response sent off, so I'll write something again. David Millan is always our go to guy at Glendora Toyota. We call and ask for him, since he always remembers us. He helps us schedule a date and time that work for us. When we bring in our vehicle, he remembers us and greets us by name. He reviews our car's history and makes proper recommendations. We dont feel taken advantage of. If we need to talk to him while our car is there, he always returns our calls (which is rare nowadays). And when we arrive back, he seems to find us and make sure we are happy before we leave. Excellent service!
