I really appreciate the extra time Rodrigo took to take care of my car situation. He listened to the issue, updated me every step of the way, brought someone else in to look at my car to get a second opinion, and left me feeling heard and valued as a customer rather than just another number!

I know it’s hot but I didn’t care for the smell of dirty sweat that was left in my car. Having to air it out to get rid of it. Consider the mechanics can leave unpleasant smells lingering in our cars. Today was the first time I’ve experienced this from Glendora Toyota so not sure if it was a particular person. Maybe somebody other than this wedding mechanic can drive our car out of the shop in the parking lot? Something like that
