He was nice however became frustrated very quickly when I explained to him what was going on with my car, became defensive and stated the issue I was having was with my phone when it isn’t. I wasn’t going to argue with him so I left it alone. I had to wait a long time after my car was completed. Once I got it back, wires were hanging down, he again became frustrated and stuff them back into a fold. When I asked for a mechanic he huffed however still got one. I understand we are human and become frustrated however it is his responsibility to follow through with the apt and answer any questions.

Jonathon was able to order my tires and schedule service within the day. He was courteous and took the time to answer my questions about tire options and other recommended repairs. He even showed me the technician’s video on his computer screen when I was having trouble viewing it on my phone.

..my frustration was I had a 7 a.m. appt, arrived at 6:50, for getting new tires installed and wheel alignment and it took 3-1/2 hrs...I left at 10:30 a.m. For an early morning appt, I should have been done by 9

David and the work that was performed was great. I am frustrated with the wait time for service, as it seems that I am waiting longer each time I am coming for service. Today's wait was 3.5 hours, for a simple oil change and air filter replacement.

Genaro was very nice. It was my first time there for service and I had no idea what to do. I waited next to my car for several minutes before anyone even greeted me. Staff should not assume we know what to do. I didn’t know it if I should wait in the car, outside of the car or even inside. No one made eye contact with me. Genaro eventually came over and introduced himself and told me where to go. He also said there was free coffee and doughnuts. I didn’t see doughnuts but there was a coffee machines.
