When I dropped My Car off, I immediately realized that I forgot my coupon for service at home. I told Miguel that I would go home and get it and bring it right back. I was informed that I would not be able able to use my coupon because I did not have it when I was checking my car in. I asked to speak to a manager to see if this could be overridden. It was a legitimate mistake of me, forgetting it, and I don't live too far to go back and get it and come back I had someone with me that was going to take me back to the house to get it. But he told me I would not be able to use it. He said he would check with his manager to see if he could get me $10 off the service.I always get my car serviced at Toyota and this left a bad taste in my mouth about doing business there. I understand that this is a policy of yours, and I don't make a habit of forgetting things, but this was not even taken into consideration. I could have canceled my appointment and come back another time but how inconvenient would that be? It's not the biggest deal in the world, but I just think sometimes customer satisfaction should come first. Anyways, thanks for the opportunity to leave this feedback. You might want to take into consideration that if a customer is willing to go right home and bring the coupon right back, honoring it.. just a thought.

Bad experience I pulled in for my 10k mile service, my OEM keycard stopped working when I got there and I did not have my fob on me. We couldn’t start the car but the advisor told me I could go. He called me a Lyft and I went back to work. An hour later I get a phone call that they need me to bring a fob. I ask if they plan on calling me a Lyft to go back to the dealership. They said no. But they could call me another to go back to work after I drop the fob off. Originally they had told me the oil change would take 1.5hrs. I just decided instead of spend $30 on lyft for the day, I would just wait the 1.5hrs for the oil change. I arrived at the dealership with my key fob at 1:15 PM, and the service ended up 2.75 hours and ending at 4 PM. It’s just really frustrating and I’m not sure I’m going to come back here to buy a car or get a service.

Schedule maintenance which was only an inspection took 2 and a half hours. Had an appointment at 7 am and still took forever. Will try Toyota of Pasadena next time.
