When I originally purchased the vehicle, I got the extended warranty and was told it covered everything yet. When I brought the vehicle in today, they said the part that needed to be replaced was not covered. That’s very frustrating and honestly, it makes it hard to trust.

I visited the buy some parts at Parts Department Counter. I was seeking for my 2022 Toyota Sienna XLE front and reat wiper inserts; however, the parts personnel informed Toyota has discontinued those wiper insertd, and they only come as a whole wiper blades. I bought them because I don't know much about Toyota vehicle. I later found out that the front and rear wiper inserts by themselves are still available to be purchase. WHY DID YOU GUYS HAVE TO LIE TO ME?!?!?!?! I took those wiper blades back and requested a refund. IT ONLY TAKES ONE DISHONESTY TO ELIMINATE INE MORE CLIENT!!!!!

I purchased my 2021 Tundra here and have been getting it serviced at this location ever since. Unfortunately, my recent visit left me frustrated. I used a coupon for an oil change, but the invoice didn’t reflect the discount. When I brought it up, the service rep gave an explanation that didn’t match the invoice and didn’t make sense.
