I had a 5,000-mile coupon that was NOT applied to the final bill. The coupon was shown to the advisor Martinez before the final write up. The advisor also did not also supply me with the 20 point inspection report. The Advisor was not as good as the other staff that normally write me up.

I appreciate the time you took to listen to my concerns. I also appreciate the video showing the service tech checking my vehicle. Keep up the good work. Although I was a little disappointed to find out that there would be extra charges for turning off the enhanced engine sound. A lot of dealers are doing this for their regular customers at no charge as it only takes a few minutes. Toyota should rethink about this unwanted annoyance forced on the customers to accept, when they could allow us who have TRD 4x4's to purchase and have installed the TRD Pro exhaust which would give the sound we are all looking for. I felt purchasing a vehicle from your dealership at a premium cash price with a platinum extended warranty would be a courtesy extended to customers. But other than that, I will continue to hopefully receive good service.
