I was completely satisfied with the service until after I picked up the car, ran some errands and then washed the car. While washing the car I found one tire valve stem cap down in the cowel area by the wiper. I got some needle nose pliers and got it out and put it on the front left tire and then proceeded to check the other ones. The right front and left rear were in place and tight. The right rear was also missing and no where to be found. I called the service department and after several minutes of being on hold I decided to drive back to the dealership. I talked to the acting service manager who looked at me like you’ve got to be kidding me. He then told me that it wasn’t possible this happened because the service workers don’t put them in that location. I had to explain that the car had not been taken anywhere else to have work done on it. He seemingly reluctantly went and got 2 caps (which I only needed 1 at that point). Unhappy that I had this happen with an extra trip and an unfavorable experience with the acting service manager. I know it’s not a big safety problem that happened, but unhappy with how it went.
