My car was returned to me clean & I felt very confident knowing that my car was in the best of shape with my extended warranty agreement. Toyota also is very considerate in having my car ready on a timely manner & providing a ride home. Thank you Toyota for great service. ????????

I’ve been taking my car to be serviced at different Toyotas in the past 10 years and this was the worst experience. My husband waited 6 hrs in the lounge. He was never updated on the status of the car until he asked 4 hrs in. Jerry didn’t tell my husband about being able to get a one way ride until he had waited for 5 hours. We never got multipoint inspection report and never got in touch with my husband or me unless we sought him out. Will not be going back. Very disappointed because Toyota usually provides great service and service coordinators are helpful.
