Did get what I expected, I called to confirm if the brake pads for my truck where now in stock and was told they were and I was told to come in with my vehicle, I left my truck so that it can be fixed only to be called that the kit/set which was left in stock had defects so they couldn’t fix it, will have to wait for another delivery not sure when. So was told to come pick up my truck with nothing fixe. They should have checked the kit before telling me to come with my vehicle.

The repairs took longer than expected considering an appointment had been made but additional work was discovered and I did request a last minute strut appraisal. The service prices quoted online only include labor and not parts. It probably said that somewhere in the fine print. Waiting area was very comfortable.

Unfortunately was not notified about my part being in for my car, I called to check on it that’s how I found out. Then the next day I received a call saying it was in. Also I arrived at the check in point,
waited out there over 10 minutes before someone came over and asked if I had been helped. Had not experienced this at the service department.
