I got there before my scheduled appointment and I still waited approximately two hours for the service to be completed. The lobby was full and possibly that they had been overbooked. I hope the process is more streamlined in the future.

Gabriel was great. The guys that do the video talk too fast and too quietly. They need to slow down talk slower and more distinctly and in addition should talk slower. Otherwise can’t really hear nor understand anything they are saying in the video
