My vehicle was done and I was left waiting till I figure it was parked and I went looking for the person who checked me in and asked him and he offered to give me the keys if I didn’t want to wait for the receipt. I told him I needed it and he told me I would have to wait an additional five minutes by then I had been waiting for 2 hours.
