They were supposed to wash my car yet is was very splotchy didn’t even looked like it was well wash. My windows were not properly clean and not sure if the inside was supposed to be clean but it was not. They didn’t reset the servicing message I had to let them know. For being my first time it wasn’t a pleasant experience.

I don’t understand why the diagnostic cost to find out what’s wrong with my car is $165. I want to have it repaired, but that amount seems excessive just to scan the car, especially since AutoZone did it for free. Also, I mentioned when I arrived that I had a promotion for regular maintenance around $45, but in the end, I was charged $95. It seems like the representative didn’t take that into account. I really like Toyota, but this time I felt disappointed.
