The shop took 3 days to complete the job, it would have been 4 if I wouldn't have been waiting at the dealership, when it came to paying for the services, I asked about the toyota credit card, no one new nothing of the procedure... not even the manager all looked at me like I was asking for the impossible. So, the advisor offered another plan which is l9cal.. so before me accepting i called credit card customer service to apply and get approved. The lady said that the dealership had a security way of obtaining the authorization. Again I told this to the advisor and he talked to cc people but to no avail.. so reluctantly I had to accept the local finance offer.
