I asked to check clutch master cylinder due to loss of break fluid and soft clutch pedal with no resistance, was told the car had nothing wrong and that they only topped my fluids. I had already topped my fluids and now i drove it back home and continued leaking break fluid and struggling with soft clutch and wet undercarriage

This is the second time I was very dissatisfied with the service. I wanted to give it another chance. I was told my car would be ready in about 2.5-3hrs. It took a little over 4hrs. I had decided to wait for my carts thinking it would just be the most 3 hours. I was never updated in how much longer it was going to be. I was never offered to take the shuttle. When my car was ready there was no apology for the wait. Very poor customer service and knowledge of the vehicle. There were other things that happened but I rather receive a call to discuss further.

We were told Toyota had the part for the passenger side window. When the maintenance removed the old part it broke and they had the wrong part. Now we have to wait until Wenesday or Thursday to get our passenger door fixed. We have to drive from WSMR, NM which is an hour away.
