Dropped my 2000 Toyota Tundra on 10-21-2025 at 8:15am with Manny.
He said he would call me and keep me posted on a noise the truck was making. Never heard from him until l called on 10-22 and asked what was going on. He stated that they could hear the noise but did not where it was coming from and was going to get shop foreman involved. That was on Wednesday and never heard from him again. My husband and l decided on Friday 10-24 to go to the dealership and try to find out what the issue was. Imagine how surprised we were to find out from Angelica that it was his day off! Angelica took it upon herself to help us and we got our truck back immediately after four days in the shop and Manny never bothering to let us know it was ready and most importantly enjoying his day off and leaving us to fend for ourselves. Service and communication were definitely not what we have come to expect from Toyota. Our 2000 truck has only been serviced there at the dealership so l know this was definitely not up to par and totally unexpected. I know this is an “old truck” as Manny referenced to it but she is our pride and joy and should be treated wih a little tlc. I hope that when we take our new 2025 Tundra for servicing she is treated better!
I want to thank Angelica Pulido again for stepping up and helping us! She was professional, courteous and compassionate to our dilemma and we greatly appreciated that. She will now be the person l will ask for when we ever need our vehicles serviced.
