I really liked that I came to Alex after paying my bill online and he was able to find my paperwork quickly and get my car out front of the service shop in a quick manner.

I received the worst service from start to finish. Manny did not introduce himself, I had to ask him if he was Manny. He didn't follow up with me about double checking if the information he had was correct. no phone calls for any updates. Communication was just through text and was very minimal. I called 3 times for hope for communication and updates and no answer. I left a voice mail and no phone follow up phone call from Manny. I used the shuttle service after dropping off my vehicle and tried to see if I could get the shuttle back to the dealership after receiving a text that my car was ready. Because I did not get any updates from my "service advisor" I made arrangements through uber for transportation. I would have waited if I was told the shuttle would reach me in X amount of time. Manny looked very surprised to see me when I arrived. I tried changing the cabin air filter and couldn't for a while because the cover was jammed in really good. I tried to call the service manager and again I left a voice mail with my information for the manager to reach back out and no answer. I called repeatedly to speak to someone and no answer. that place looks like a mess from the last time I was there no professionalism.

I waited 3 hours for an oil change and rotation and when my vehicle was ready the service member who was supposed to help me was not at her desk. Whoever was next to her desk charged my credit card without checking to see if the vehicle was under warranty which it was, proceeded to issue a refund but in checking my credit card statement today I’m finding that the refund has been cancel and the full charge amount is posted. Just all around terrible service.

I was satisfied with most parts of my service visit except for pickup. The young gentleman who brought my car out parked the car in the service drive. There were vehicles parked in front of my car. Then new customers came up behind me. We were boxed in for line 6 minutes. There didn’t seem to be any urgency to move the cars in front of us. We were almost late to my son’s game. It just feels like we were treated much better at this Toyota service department in years past.
