Jose kept me posted on the progress and options for service the technician recommended. The oil change and tire rotation went well and on time he expected it would take to be ready. I opted for changing the engine and cabin air filters and a wheel alignment. Jose said it would take over an hour to do those extra services when we went over the options I had around 11:00. I waited till about 2:15, when I decided to check. When I asked Jose about the vehicle he said it was ready and he tried to contact me about an hour earlier. This usually happens to me when I have my vehicles serviced at various dealerships. Jose was very courteous and I feel he is a valuable asset to the company. The phone and computer system might need to be updated for your advisors to communicate with the customers. I tried to get back with Jose while I was waiting, but had problems getting through. That’s when I went searching for him to find out about progress on the vehicle. I am satisfied with the service, but disappointed with the waiting time. Regardless, I had a good experience there.

Just had a bad experience. The car was there almost all day. Apparently, the issue was with their mechanics and something about labor. When the car was ready, the inside smelled like oil. Paid way too much in my opinion

When dropping off I asked if I could get a courtesy wash and was told of course. My vehicle was dropped off at 11 and picked up at 5:30. I think that was more than enough time. I drive from Las Cruces to service there because I liked the service and I will not be returning. Something so small makes a difference, especially for your long wait times with an appointment.

Brought my vehicle in for a recall, oil change, tire rotation and scheduled maintenance and had no issues with it.
The second time I drove it afterwards, my vehicle had a tire pressure sensor light blink, a symptom that is commonly linked with the sensor being damaged when changing tires. Third time I drove it, or attempted I should say, car would not start and gave a check engine and red steering wheel light error. I turned off the car entirely, but something continued to whir beneath the hood until it began to smoke. These symptoms are commonly linked to electrical/battery issues. The service for the recall was for battery issues.
I called the service department and was told that I had to find my own way to get the car back at my own expense, inferring that the service completed had nothing to do with the issues I was having now. Owned the vehicle 7 years with zero issues. Day after service, the above mentioned occurs.
