I understand that the service department had a lot of work today. however, I wasn’t told anything about my vehicle and then 3 almost 4 hours after I left I was told that my truck needed an alignment and filter change and at that point it was to late and I wasn’t told anything the entire 3+ hours I was there waiting for my truck. This is concerning because I would have at least gotten my alignment done as that is something that can cause damage over time.
