This was not great service that was provided. I was not kept up to date on my vehicle and was at the services department until they closed. Jacob didnt keep me I formed about my vehicle or give me any updates.

I took my car in for brake noise. I was told it would be fixed by the next day. I never received a call saying it was completed. When I returned, I was told my car was not going to be fixed. I think it is embarrassing that I purchased a $75,000.00 vehicle from Toyota and you can make the brakes stop making noise. Very very disappointed!!!

I dont have an issue with the customer service from Gabriel but i do have an issue with Manny Hernandez a supervisor that escc the issue, overall i dont know how Manny Hernandez is a supervisor, started with him tellinf my issue then he got in my face like he was going to hit me or cuss at me, when i told him He had horrible customer service. Also the car got dented and damaged in your hands of Toyota and he made a comment very loud while i was waiting for art the real supervisor, manny made a comment "**** people" and looked directly at me. Overall the service is horrible i rather drive to las cruces and purchase a new vehicle from them then to deal with this service from Manny Hernandez

Week ago did my oil service with you guys and today a lug nut from my tire just came of in the freeway, I’ve been trying to get a hold of service manager and no one is available not even the service customer is doing nothing for me, this can’t be happening in a dealer
