I'm satisfied, but concerned, because after a mistake was done on my car during the service and left me stranded for 20 minutes, Michael sent a mechanic to check what the mistake was and fixed it on the spot. I'm just glad I didn't get on a freeway, it could have been a very horrific incident.

Price in my text was much different then what I paid.
And was called and said it would be ready in five minutes. I was however in the waiting room and waited for someone to actually call like they usually do when it was pulled up. After like 15 minutes I looked outside and saw my car. Figured they must of just pulled it up and will give another few minutes. After ten minutes I went up and asked. Not sure why the never called my name. Next time I will know to go up and ask instead of waiting. When I made the appt I listed I would be waiting for the car.
