There is one thing that I am not satisfied with. Amelia does not come out promptly to assume care of my RAV. I've been there 3 times since she took over Fernando and I've had to wait 20 minutes or longe, Fernando was always attentive and I see the other service reps tending to their customers promptly.
Then I make an appointment and even with an appointment she tells me I have to wait 3 hours for my car. I never had that service with Fernando before.

Took the vehicle in for an oil change and the vehicle was returned to me without the oil life being reset properly. The maintenance required was still present upon return. This was missed by the service technician and also the service advisor Jose. This is very unacceptable because if my Wife would’ve been alone she would’ve had to return to get this done. Please pay more attention when providing these services as they are not free and I expect the service to be completed properly.

The rattling sound on the front right passenger side is still evident.
JC the mechanic drove with me to an area where there is uneven pavement and was able to confirm the rattling sound. I was not able to pick up my vehicle after all despite a text message advising my vehicle was ready. Unfortunately, I drove back home on the rental again for the 3 time. Staff is very kind and professional though.
