They have the car ready same day but i pick it up the next morning,after I checked in almost an hour went by and i have to demand for my keys, the advisor was in the ofice in the computer doing I don’t know what by himself,so after i went to he’s office i demand my keys and told him that i really need to go he quick give my papaerwork to sign and i was on mu way.
Why you guys make customers wait for nothing, time is very valuable to my. By the way car was not clean, im very disappointed. Ican i take my car to another toyota dealer for oil change next time? It will covered the oil change i boght with my extended warranty?

I was told that my vehicle would be there for about 4 hours for a recall. At that time, I called because there was no communication. I checked my vehicle, and the doors were just opened. I was told I’d get a call back. After an hour, I called again. Agent is still busy and then my car is ready but I hear the receptionist say there is no more pick ups at that time. I believe I received an exception. I’ve had the same issue receiving my second key fob from the dealership. I’ve gotten the run around.
