Everything was great. Usually this is something that is time consuming and tedious, the team made it easy, quick and convenient.

I was completely frustrated with my visit today. I was told by my advisor that the recall was to remedy the metal shavings from the engine block. I asked her 3X if she was sure about it, she said yes. So, we set up the appointment. I woke up early to take care of the issue and drove from the far eastside only to be told that the recall I was going in for was for something I had ALREADY taken care of. The lack of communication and the annotations not created by the previous advisors is what upsets me. And to further add salt to the wound my current service advisor didn't do anything to.compensate my time and gas. Customer service is horrible!

I truly appreciate how helpful Fernando was in explained all that needed to be done. I felt assured he was doing everything possible to help me. I was in Customer Service for many years and can appreciate when someone is doing what’s best for the customer.

The receipt I was giving was not clear since printer was not working properly, I could not tell what I was being charge. There was no curtesy wash since apparently the machine was not working. New system to track my vehicles progress never told me or got a call to see if car was ready. The price for over all job was expensive, so much that I consider taking my vehicles to other Toyota dealers or auto service center.
