We were never notified that our maintenance package would no longer cover our services. No correspondence or email or call to let us know, so when we picked up our vehicle we had to pay for the service that we believed was covered. Only after being told of our total to pay and having to ask about the maintenance package did they check and let me know it was no longer covering services. There should have been some sort of correspondence letting us know that it was fulfilled and no longer covering us.

Lies...lies. No one call me. To let me know my vehicle was ready. No shuttle pick me up like they said. I called twice and was told that someone will return the call. Never happened. Last call I make was at 5:35 pm. Someone told me the building close at 6. Had to call Uber to make it on time. Can't believe an oil change took all day.
