Nassir is a nice kid, but lacks in managing his responsibilities. He also needs to realize that customers can hear him complain about them asking for a status of their car. That's his job, isn't it.in my case, my car was done and he had me wait because he didn't realize I was in the waiting room. He did not even try calling me. Not happy with the customer service this time around.

At 11:37 they called me and told me that they were getting ready the paperwork, after 75 minutes I went to ask about my vehicle, because no body called me to letting me know that it was ready. In resume, they took about 3 hours for an oil change. And after I left, I received a message letting me know that my vehicle was ready.
