One thing is when your technician recommends work to be done there should also be a time attached to the estimate. The extra work I had was about 4+,extra hours and I would not have sat around. Anyway some food for thought

I took my car to a oil change I talk to someone to book the appointment and I mentioned I had the guaranty and if there would of being any charge they said No and I’ll make a note , Jose services was okay but I was never advised about the charge until the end

It seems there might’ve been some accident while my truck was there. The windshield has a small crack that seems to start where the black area behind the rearview mirror is. Also, the box behind the rearview mirror looks like someone messed with it and it looks misaligned. It’s not flushed with the windshield or the roof. I dropped the truck Friday, and picked it up at night, so I didn’t see it. I did not use it yesterday, Saturday. When I got in the truck this afternoon, my wire noticed it right away. I took it for an oil change and a software update. Let me know what happened during the visit. Thanks.

Check in process was horrendous and slow.
Unacceptable. When I arrive to pick up Carr. The gentleman that gave me a breakdown a car was unaware that the vehicle had the tire rotation. The kid was obviously lost. I also inquired as to why the vehicle was not washed. The guy responded that we were too busy to wash vehicles today.
Appear to have nothing but excuses. Busy. Construction. I was told my Advisor left for the day. He did not update me or tell me anything.
