My car was serviced for a manufacture default back in September. I don’t think it was fixed properly and caused more damage. The dealership didn’t take responsibility, although they did not charge labor. I would have been more satisfied if they owned the mistake.

I had a good experience with my Tundra service except to the point I went to pick up the truck. My truck had been at the service department from 730 to 445 the truck was not washed. I had to walk through the carport and parking lot to pick up my own truck. That's when I noticed my truck had not been washed. It's the little things that really matter. Thank you

I dropped mu daughter’s vehicle off to have a recall issue performed for her hybrid system, only to be called 40 minutes later to let me know the part wasn’t available and to pick the vehicle up. I feel the service advisor who was assigned should have checked the availability of the part and giving me a courtesy call to reschedule. I live in the Northeast area of El paso and having to drive twice to the eastside was really an inconvenience that could have been avoided with simple call.
