The service advisor and his mechanics never seriously took issue with the problem that I had with my vehicle. They made me wait for hours on back to back Saturdays which forced me to take time off from work and I was forced to stop and pay to add air to the tire with the problem at a convenience store every day of the week. I will never go back to your service department at your dealership and I will seek an alternative service department
