I arrive to my appointment at 7:35 it’s was at 7:45 they told me your car will be be ready in 1:30 minutes I said no problem it was 11:00 and my Tacoma was not out yet then they called me to paid bumper they couldn’t find my truck no where around the parking lot 20 minutes or more trying to get my truck they never marked my Tacoma with the sticker of the following service it was awful the same reason I stopped doing the service at Poe Toyota cause they would take forever very disappointed at my service .

It took 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I let them know I was going to wait, but it took me finding an advisor to ask for the status of my vehicle for it to suddenly be ready.

It was a long process for an oil change but I understand there was a lot of vehicles. My appt was at 10.15 n I didn't get out of there til about 1.15 - 1.20. Other than that everything ok

The paperwork states that the oil wasn’t changed. I thought that was specifically why it was being serviced. Also the tire pressure on all 4 tires was different, isn’t that part of the service, check tire pressures.

Michael me explico una forma de poder hacer servicios a mi camioneta y poder hacer el pago en pagos mensuales, y eso me da mucha confianza y eso es algo que yo no sabia, ademas cuado me entregó mi camioneta estaba lavada también le había comentado que se prendía un sensor de las llantas y me dijo que el se encargaba de revisar y si el sensor no prende mas , volvere a pedir a Michael en mi proxima vista

Jose Gurrola was a very friendly and efficient customer service representative however I've trusted my truck to hoy fox for every service since I bought it. This last service on Friday January 2nd was the exception. I paid a total of $236.94 for the oil change and for an upholstery cleaning service that Jose offered and since I trust your dealership I went for it. I picked up my truck later that day and drove home, the morning after I noticed oil on the driveway, my Tacoma has never leaked oil, then I checked my front and back seats and the upholstery was not cleaned as expected, stains are still there, I took the Truck back to the dealership Monday 01/05/26 and tried to talk to Jose about it but he was on his day off so Manny took care of me. They kept the truck for the majority of the day and had it ready later that evening, Manny said the repair crew failed to include a functional gasket when they changed the oil and hence the oil leakage, Manny refused to do anything about the mediocre upholstery cleaning service and told me I would have to take that up with Jose.... In general I'm very disappointed and worried about what damage my truck could've sustained because of the oil leak....

Length of wait was very high. Jose did inform me of this and he was great and all. But 2.5 hours of wait was just really high for me. Maybe whoever is making appointments needs to adjust them accordingly!?
