I had to do a walk in appt, so I knew the wait wouldn’t be longer but had to come in because of my warranty. I work at an urgent care and know how important it is to give realistic times for service. I wasn’t even told a time. I also had to wait there because I’m from Alamogordo and didn’t want to have 2 cars come up. I feel like communication needs to include wait time. It was nice to have a large waiting area, complimentary coffee and water. They even had a food truck outside. And I take responsibility as well for not asking. I just wasn’t expecting 3 hours. Everyone was pleasant and they were respectful to me and my car.

Avelina contacted me reminding me that my vehicle was over due for service, had she not called me I would not have taken care of the matter. I was very pleased about the shuttle service other wise I would have had to wait to service the car until someone was available to take me back and forth. I had scheduled my oil change appointment today at 2:30. I got there a little early because I was going on my lunch break. I waited in my car for over 20 minutes before asking someone to help me. I thought I had the oil change plan and didn’t have to pay anything so I decided to get the wheel alignment and windshield wipes that you all stated I needed. Upon paying my bill was $250. I didn’t understand why it was so much this is where I found out that I didn’t have the oil change plan. I feel this should have been communicated to me as the consumer. Then because I wasn’t expecting a $250 bill I had to pay with credit card instead of my debit card this is where I found out that Toyota now charges a 3% charge as if you guys dont charge enough. There was zero communication. Worse service I received. Very disappointing
