We called before going, and I was told that as long as I was there before 3, they could do the required maintenance on my vehicle. Then when we got there one of the workers came outside and said it would take about 1 hour 1/2 to 2 hours. Still we waited, he wrote my name wrong so he struggled to find my car. 2 hours had passed and still no update, struggled to find my car in the system, then he told us it would take an additional 2 hours. So in total it would be 4 hours yet he had told us 2 hours earlier. We decided to leave, terrible experience would not recommend!

The advisor was very nice to help me overall, after been waiting for more then 20 minutes outside for my other advisor to come outside and help me. He was fast, my car was ready pretty quickly. They had found a nail in one of the tires and was supposed to call me the next day and he didn’t. I called on Saturday and had to talk to three different people because they couldn’t find my order, or service. I aksi asked Jose if he could change my advisor cause I didn’t want my other advisor and she still shows as my advisor. I didnt get my receipts for my oil change or the tire warranty.

The right front window did the same thing it did (stops) 1 inch from above when cool temp in the morning. When hot temperatures goes down and makes clunk noise when going up from bottom.
The driver door window has an annoying ticking noise when temperatures hot at 20 to 30 m/p/h. It sounds like a small rock hitting either the front or rear above. It is annoying for me. It is a lease that i will not probably recommending or buying anymore. Probably will get a prius nor corollas for my sons.
Mr. Manny. He was outstanding with me, great customer service. Called me for status, it was a smooth process. He gave me great professional customer service. I recommend him to anyone. I just don’t know what happened with the car. But i will go back to let him know more specifically what's going on hopefully the issue with driver window is replicated and resolved.
