We were never notified that our maintenance package would no longer cover our services. No correspondence or email or call to let us know, so when we picked up our vehicle we had to pay for the service that we believed was covered. Only after being told of our total to pay and having to ask about the maintenance package did they check and let me know it was no longer covering services. There should have been some sort of correspondence letting us know that it was fulfilled and no longer covering us.

Lies...lies. No one call me. To let me know my vehicle was ready. No shuttle pick me up like they said. I called twice and was told that someone will return the call. Never happened. Last call I make was at 5:35 pm. Someone told me the building close at 6. Had to call Uber to make it on time. Can't believe an oil change took all day.

I checked the PSI on the tire of my vehicle this morning and the air pressure for that tire was at 22 PSI while the other tires were each at 35 PSI. I took a photo of that low reading with the low tire pressure reading. My service advisor told me that my tire was checked and that nothing was found wrong. However I had added air to that tire each day for the past week and there were a couple of days that the PSI was reading at 20. This tire is defective and needs to be replaced before it gets me in an accident

Going in without an appointment, my wait was not too long. I knew the alignment was off due to the potholes around town. They were able to troubleshoot without me sharing much. There usually is no one to welcome customers upon arrival at the service/repair area, but service is excellent once process gets going.
