Set appointment for 4/6 at 10am for 20k service on my 2023 GR Corolla. Picked the car up and it was leaking from the front diff. Brought car back before service dept closed. Picked it up today 4/7 and it leaked again within 30 minutes, took it back and tried to diagnose leak, turned out crush washers for drain plug and fill plug were reused. They replaced them, took on test drive with mechanic and it continued to leak. He confirmed he torqued it to 14ft/lbs and in the service manual it states 29 ft/lbs. he torqued it to 29, went on another test drive and diff appeared dry. Got home, diff is still leaking...service dept closed already, will be calling in morning and hopefully this can be fixed. Was supposed to take vehicle on road for work trip, have now had to push my departure 2 times due to this ordeal. I paid to have service done at the dealership for warranty purposes and so it could be done right. And I am still waiting for this to be remedied.

I was there waiting on my car to be serviced for a total of three hours. Within this time frame, the representative assigned to me never took the time to introduce himself. Once my car was done being serviced, I followed the service technician into his office where I found him casually speaking with another employee. Catching him off guard, he had no idea who I was and mentioned he hadn’t helped me. Which is correct, when I arrived two people said they would go get him to come out while I waited in my vehicle. He never came out to help me. I was thankful another gentlemen was kind enough to help me get checked in for my three hour wait and yes I had a scheduled appointment. I do not wish to be contacted by Alexandro Tizcareno. Toyota management can feel free to reach out if they like. I am highly disappointed with the lack of professionalism and poor customer service I received 4/3/2026.
