Nasir provided hostile service, was bothered when I asked further questions and when I paid for the maintenance service he gave me my keys and had me outside in the cold while I was carrying my 2 month old baby looking for my vehicle. Terrible service. Mike noticed I was outside looking for my vehicle and immediately offered to assist me by bringing my vehicle over to the front of the maintenance building.

Already reached out to Alex with the four issues I had when I picked up my Highlander.
1. They left the socket in the spare tire lowering mechanism which rattled when I drove off.
2. They dirtied the drivers side pillar when they removed the service reminder sticker.
3. They did not put a new service reminder sticker.
4. Courtesy wash that I requested was not done.
He asked when I could take it back. Told him I also put the socket in the correct place. And I told him I would let him know about the stain issue next time I go for service and Detail people would clean it.
