After the diagnostic test on my airbags on the driver’s side, the area was left opened; and that was not how I brought the car. All efforts to reach my advisor has been unsuccessful.
Please, make provision for me to have my car fixed like I brought it. Thank you.

The advisor was good. I received an oil change, tire rotation and balance. The wheel caps/covers were not put on all the way. Im scared they may come off while I'm driving down the street/highgway. I went to Fox Toyota on Saturday so I didn't have to take off from work, but now I need to take off from work to return to Fox so they can put the caps/covers on properly.
They were on properly when I brought it in on Saturday. So there shouldn't be a reason for the service technician not to properly put the back.

After arriving home, I parked my vehicle in the garage. On Sunday, when I moved the vehicle to go out, I noticed an oil leak on the garage floor. I lifted the vehicle to inspect the source of the leak and discovered that the oil drain plug was not properly secured. I tightened the plug, and the leak was resolved.

4 things:
1. The Service Required notification was still enabled.
2. I’m not sure how I can test that the recall was taken care of.
3. I’m not sure why we needed an appointment because the car was not serviced until 45 minutes after the appointment and it didn’t take hardly any time to perform the software update that was supposedly done and a simple tire rotation.
4. Customer service was less than satisfactory.
