This was my first time having my car serviced. I took my car initially for a repair on my rim. I was given a quote that it was going to take 6 hours and I could pick it up later that day. Then they call me and say it won’t be ready until the next day. I didn’t get my car back until 2 days later. I also got a tire rotation since it was almost due and the psi sensors were reading the front tires as the back and vice versa. I took it back THREE times and the issue was not resolved and I was told I’d have to come back another day to do a diagnostic test. I sat in my car before leaving and found the solution fast. Being the customer, I should not be the one fixing the issues when there’s people being paid to do so. Customer service from Adrian was a 2/10. He wasn’t good at keeping me updated and didn’t call me back until hours after I had called. Definitely don’t want anything else to happen to my car if this is going to happen again.

Janeth addressed the issue we were having with our vehicle. In researching the issue we were experiencing, we read that many service departments were not able to fix the issue and many owners were upset that the issue was a common issue with no fix. We read that some owners were stating that their issue was resolved with a re-calibration of the affected system. Mentioned it to Janeth and she relayed it to the mechanic servicing our vehicle. Mechanic ran into a problem performing the re-calibration and consulted with an engineer to resolve the issue. We are happy that the advisor and the mechanic worked diligently to get our issue fixed.
