Service adjuster didn't have communication with me. Ashley did text but when I replied she never called or returned my text or call. I was very disappointed i just went for an oil change at 9am. And I didn't pick up my vehicle until about 1pm. I also left a message for Roy never responded my call. I did see Roy when I was picking up my vehicle he never acknowledged me or what I had to say. The only person that helped me was a gentleman called Mike. If this an important survey hopefully I get a call back ****-****-xxxx
