I am very unsatisfied, I went the next morning and spoke to the Service Director Joe Labrado he has the details of my concerns and unhappiness with this service and previous ones. In this occasion my car had to stay overnight as I was told that it was locked and the employees that had the keys for the fence left for the day and once again after picking up my car the next morning and staying there for 24 hrs my car still has a light on, the sprinkler fluid light after telling Adrian to please take care of it, I have always received a careless service from him. The Director of service was super nice, professional and listened to my concerns with emphaty. Thanks, Nancy Trevizo.

Long waiting at the time to drop off my vehicle, the service adviser didn’t come outside. I also called to find out if the vehicle was ready and the person on the phone told me that I have to go there and check myself because the service adviser was on a meeting with his boss and he was the only one to give me information about my vehicle. I understand the oil change was for a dollar but for sure I would never go back for service there.

I came to the service department the prior week to my appointment as a drive in/walk in with no appointment. I was told the wait was going to be over 2 hours and it would be better for me to schedule an appointment for the following week so the wait wouldn’t be as long. My appointment was at 8:30am. I didn’t get my car serviced until after 11am! What was the point of coming back a week later with an appointment. I was told it was because there was 150 cars before me. Why would you book 150 appointments at the same time? If there wasn’t 150 car appointments, then that means walk ins were prioritized before appointments. Unacceptable either way, do better than doctor appointments in El Paso. Be the leader in service as Toyota Lexus should be.
